I've never really painted before, but I'm taking a color theory class this semester that is basically just painting.
Our first actual painting assignment was to redesign an Edward Hopper painting. Two of our paintings we had to mix tube black and tube white, but the other two, we had to mix our own black with our three primary colors.
Considering, I feel pretty good about them! There's only a few pretty bad hiccups where I accidentally spilled some water on most of them after I finished (whoops.)
I only just turned them in today though, so I'm a bit nervous to see how they'll be graded.
